On needed a Shopify Plus store in the UAE — in 11 weeks. The timeline left no room for iteration loops. Multiple enterprise systems (MuleSoft ERP, 3PL, inventory) had to connect cleanly from day one, and the storefront had to meet On's global brand standards.

We built a custom Dawn theme with unified product pages where customers select color and gender variants without leaving the page. Gadget bridges On's MuleSoft ERP to Shopify Plus, syncing inventory, orders, and fulfillment in real time across multiple backend systems.
